FOR EXPERIENCED REALTORS® · ST. JOHN’S, NEWFOUNDLAND & LABRADOR

You’ve built a business.
Build what comes next.

You know what it takes to serve clients and keep a real estate business moving. With accessible leadership, dedicated staff, and ongoing training, Royal LePage Atlantic Homestead gives you support to build on—and more time to focus on your business.

01 / SUPPORT THAT FITS YOUR BUSINESS

Start with what
you need.

If you’re already working in real estate, you know that a brokerage decision involves more than a commission split. It affects who helps when a contract gets complicated, how your listings reach clients and how much work follows you home.

Royal LePage Atlantic Homestead combines local ownership in St. John’s with Royal LePage’s national resources. Our support includes hands-on brokerage leadership, in-house marketing, transaction coordination, Agent Assist and business planning. The useful question is how those services fit the way you already work.

Bring the parts of your business that are going well—and the parts taking too much of your time. We can use those as the starting point for a practical conversation.

02 / PEOPLE BEHIND THE WORK

Know who
you can turn to.

Brokerage decisions

Steve Winters, Owner / Broker, and Nick Vinicombe, Owner / Operations Manager, provide hands-on brokerage leadership and day-to-day support. Turn to Steve for contracts, compliance and complex deals, and to Nick for operations and the practical needs of your business. Together, they help you work through pricing, negotiations and decisions that benefit from a second set of eyes.

Marketing your business

Allison Saunders, Digital Marketing Manager, supports digital marketing, analytics and online presence. Ask to see examples of the work available to agents and how a request moves from an idea to a finished campaign.

Behind the transaction

Karen Newman, Transaction & Sales Manager, supports sales paperwork and transaction coordination. Agent Assist adds help with paperwork, marketing and work behind the scenes.

Compare the scope, availability and any service charges with your current arrangements before making a decision.

03 / TOOLS WITH A PRACTICAL PURPOSE

Keep relationships
moving forward.

Royal LePage’s rlpSPHERE platform connects contact management, lead nurturing and digital marketing. At Royal LePage Atlantic Homestead, technology is paired with training and local support.

A useful demonstration should follow a real task: organize a contact, plan a follow-up, prepare a campaign and keep a past client connected. Ask how the tools could fit your existing database and the systems you prefer to keep.

Ask for a walkthrough

  • Contact organization and database setup
  • Follow-up and nurture campaigns
  • Website and marketing options
  • Lead sources, assignment and response expectations
  • Training, included services and optional costs

Tools and leads support your work; they do not guarantee appointments, transactions or income.

04 / SOMETHING TANGIBLE FOR YOUR CLIENTS

Useful before listing.
Valuable after closing.

Our Client Services & Concierge Division connects current and past clients with an on-site handyman and preferred contractors, year-round. Services include painting, plastering, general maintenance and other practical work around the home.

For an agent, that gives a seller a starting point for the work needed before a property goes on the market. After closing, it gives a past client a useful connection when their home needs attention.

For example, a seller preparing to list could ask the division about painting or small repairs before photography. The work, price and timing would need to be agreed before booking. Access to the division does not mean contractor work is free or immediately available.

05 / MAKE A USEFUL COMPARISON

Look at the whole
business picture.

Compare your commission arrangement alongside recurring charges, transaction costs, optional services and what you currently spend on marketing or administration. Ask for the applicable terms in writing so you can assess the total cost against the support you will use.

Then look at the move itself: your active files, contact records, marketing assets and a realistic setup plan. There is no need to rush that review.

Bring these to a conversation

  • Your business goals for the next year
  • The tasks taking the most time
  • Your current systems and marketing expenses
  • The support you want to keep or improve
  • Your questions about fees, leads and timing

06 / QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU DECIDE

A clearer starting point.

Can I explore a move without committing?

Yes. Start with a confidential conversation about your goals and questions. You can gather information before deciding whether to take the next step. Tell Steve if there are restrictions on how or when to contact you.

Can I keep my personal brand and existing tools?

Bring examples of your branding, website and systems. Review brand requirements, account ownership and compatibility before assuming that each item can stay as it is or transfer to a new arrangement.

What support and costs should I confirm?

Confirm the commission plan, recurring and transaction charges, included services, optional charges and how support is requested. Ask about service availability and lead assignment so the comparison covers both cost and day-to-day operation.
